2. What data we process and why

We process the data you give us through the contact form, by email, by phone or via WhatsApp (name, email, phone and the content of your message) to answer your enquiry and, if you ask for it, prepare a training or coaching proposal.

3. Legal basis

Your consent, given when you tick the form box or write to us (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) when you ask for a proposal.

4. How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, at most, one year from the last contact if no contract follows. If you hire us, for the duration of the relationship and the subsequent legal retention periods.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. The following access it as processors, solely to provide their service: the website hosting and maintenance provider (Incrementa Marketing S.L., Spain); Automattic Inc. (Akismet), which checks form messages to filter spam; and Cloudflare Inc. (Turnstile), which checks that a person is sending the form. The last two may process data in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@wowtransforma.com. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
